  • Positive government issued ID

  • Fully completed application

  • Good credit history

  • Good reference from prior landlords

  • No prior evictions

  • Yearly income must be at least 3 times the annualized rent

  • Proof of employment

  • No excessive debt that impacts your ability to pay rent

  • Renters insurance required with $300,000 of liability coverage

  • This is a no smoking property

  • We do not accept re-usable comprehensive screening reports
